Would laugh if a private company raised at valuation = to 7.5 cent and then do a down round at over 50% less months later for $2m for working capital

Wouldn't a better structure have been to reward existing shareholder with options

Those who took place in the rights issue at 7.5c got options - The sooner they exercised them the lower the strike price

Holders then get chance to take place - company gets funds , holders benefit

Or we just all should have gone to Last Equity hocked our shares for a loan then they sold all our collateral down to 1c share price and then we all buy on market and pay off our loans
