The Quarterly is always a little misleading with respect to cashflow and cash balance. Sure they may be low on cash at 31st Dec, but what it doesn't take into account is any invoices which may have been issued in Q2 and are due to be paid in Q3. For example there could be payments received in first week of Jan which would negate the need for a CR
