    Yes - CEO is a loss but we were also paying a premium ( 1.8m last year) which is the level of Reg Nelson running 1.8 billion dollar BPT

    He will be there to execute phase one and of Malaysia and his absence may result in me picking up a dividend along the way

    I assume Roc success is as much about operations team. New business team as well as CEO
