I think i need to clear up the fact that my 'Big Black Dog' moment didn't happen in the last 12 months, as i can see how that may have been interpreted in retrospect, due to my circumstances over that time, but was actually prior to that Apologies for any confusion,
However the Anxiety, that seems to be part of the two for one deal you get with Depression, is harder to shake for some people like myself, that's a different kettle of Fish, all par for the course as they say As for getting back on the Bike, Can't wait ! But, Not this week
Although it did prove one thing, that is, i prefer Vegemite on Toast rather than Bitumen Spread

Before i go, if you think one of your Family or Friends is doing it tough & struggling for whatever reason, don't be afraid to ask, Are you OK ? That's all it might take to get them to open up & seek the Help & Support they need to get through this Horrible affliction.
The problem is a lot of us hide it from the ones we love

Now let's put this to Bed for now & see what tomorrow brings shall we ?
