Too true JB and as I said IF they hadn't lost the likes of Dr Treagus, and hadn't been so heavily reliant on one product they wouldn't have been hit so hard. Old fashioned stuck in the mud management with an inability to relate to the ppl paying their salaries didn't help either.
So very arrogant and karma came around.
