I can also guarantee the sector figures they are using are now out of date following some recent downgrades. I can asure the sector is not trading at a forward PE of 10
I have said it once and I will say it again this brokers should only be used as background reading.
How many brokers where recommending the property trsusts when they were trading at 10 -20% of their NTA none. they were recommnedig them when they were trading at 200% of their NTAs and then kept a sell on them until they bounced about 300% of their lows.
