Just thought I would say that I too follow this stock. I have just been rather silent on HC. I am a reader rather than a poster.
Anyway, I do have a question about the Bridgepark developement. Whilst the cost of the project is in the 10's of millions, I have not seen estimates of the profit that CXE intend to make on the deal or when this profit will hit the company books.
Another question is: How do CXE intend to finance their bridgpark project?

If anyone have some information on these issues I'd be glad to hear it.
