Well reasoned I think thymus, and I would ignore the subsequent comments.

I'm not selling, but I have already shaved off a bit of profit at a lower price in the past. I'll be nervy about Teresa until its in the bag, and even before homeys post I was wondering when the water would get choppy in dealing with a Chinese company. They can sign MOUs and letters of intent with the intention of doing the real deal later on according to their best interests.

I did tend to think that Teresa would go through though, because of the additional announcement made about the letter of intent with Xinwen to partner with Linc in UCG and gas to liquids projects in China. I thought that this might have been a way of increasing Xinwen's commitment to the Teresa cash deal, because Xinwen stands to lose both the coal and the technology.
