Hey Lethalone, my motivates are simple, I have money in the company, I want to see a return. Im sure that is in line with your motives. I am defensive. I work hard for my money. I couldn't sell at a better price because our director sold her shares days before the Nova Nordisk accouncement not to do a deal. We weren't even afforded a trading halt.

Trying to say that I have an ulterior motive speaks to your ethics. If your logical, you will see my arguements are based on facts.

Fact: Based on what you divuleged, you have no expertise in drug development. Thus any educated guesses by you on what is acceptable cash burn is invalid. You can only make a guess based on your common sense. Common sense isn't a valid way to make decisions when it comes to complex cases like science and drug development. Plus the scientists (to which the current board applauded are responsible mainly for trials correct?)

FACT: ALT (analytica) headed by Monsour was rated number 1 most promising investment of 2012. The Australian would know more than you about what is a well run company.

Fact: ALT headed by Monsour cash burn has been 150/200 k a quarter which is quite low by most standardss. Furthermore, wiseowl commended ALT on their financial management of the company. Wiseowl would know more than you.

Fact: The shareprice may of been at 7c, but now alt has a product, a deal finalised for the burette and rated by weekend australia as number 1 most promising investment for 2012. Shareprices usually drop during times of inactivity. This was all done whilst Monsour was chairman. ALT is now in business with their burettes being fitted to every NSW ambulance. This was due to the deal Monsour setup. Shows possibility of further market share to come.

Fact: Wiseowl also took their pay in stocks, a nice sign. (when analysing alt potential)

Fact: Monsour is the largest shareholder of cbio. His motives to see the company to commercialisation should be much higher than ours as he has millions to lose. I note Cameron sold 40 g of hers in the first month days before NN saying they wouldn't do a deal. She doesnt have that many shares anyway.

Fact: Goran Ando didn't resign after the announcements that the trial wasn';t as success as they'd like. Instead, after the board that ran their name thru the mud, was put on. Goran Ando is very prominent in the drug world, extremely respected and his resignation would hold weight to other drug companies as to the capabilities and ethics of the current board. Doesn't surprise me if the current board would be taken with caution by a company looking at taking a huge risk. Ando must of felt there was still potential to stay on even after the results. He only resigned when u put on the current board. Along to the other 2 directors recently, who were the most experienced medical directors on the board.

Fact: My qualms on the current board is not about sellng stock. Your smart enough to know that. It was about selling it around the announcement from NN, to which she has made no attempt to explain the situation which further worries me. A full explanation should be given, but then again if you've done something wrong you may want to say little than speak up as anything you say would be used against it and further lying could add to her damages.

Fact: The current board gave there shareholders no trading holt and sold her shares in the period there should of been a trading holt. Due to this, shareholders would have to sell at a lower price as Cameron sold 40 g during that time.

Fact: The current board when asking to be put in power made arguements that the previous board delievered an announcement about the results that was unnecesserily negative. The current board hasn't taken their own advice and announced the results in a positive light either, as this would be illegal.

Based on the facts, voting nearly ALL board members has put cbio in a corner that will be hard to get out of.
