I don't entirely agree with your points, especially regarding the relationships. NN would disregard the board and focus on the science if they were to license it. But if they were to do a collaboration deal where they further worked together , than it'd be different,

Also, the question of insider trading is not nonsense. Here is why I think so: she decided to sell two days before an in writing statement from NN. This is highly coincidental that she sold such a high amount two days before a major decision. What I want to know was, was there any Verbal conversations two days before NN put it in writing that divulged NN intentions? Why can't an in writing statement be made by Cameron certifying she had absolutely no knowledge of NNs intentions?

Would a trading halt have interferred with her ability to sell her shares? Why was no one afforded one?

Why did longern and kal land resign shortly after?

No one knows Monsour's thoughts on Jones's actions. But his running of ALT was commended by wiseowl and they even mentioned that ALT had good financial management of the company. Furthermore, Monsour has millions of dollars in that company so he atleast has invested interest in seeing it to commercialisation/.

The claims on whether they performed the research trials properly are only your opinion. They possibly may of made mistakes, but to kick the whole board out is in my view the wrong thing to do.

If NN decided to do a deal where NN would colloboratre and assist them in finding the coprrect dose etc, than they would have to intimately work with the current board. Only if they licensed the drug entirely would this not be the case and the evidence at present wouldn't prompt NN to do that in my view.
