I think what today does prove is that most of the bigger punters who actually move SPs up or down in a big way don't post on HC. At least 95% of the BGS posts of the past few months have been overwhelmingly upbeat, as they were this morning after the announcement, and if those posters ruled the roost the SP would have been about 3.5c by 11am. So maybe the golden rule should be to do whatever you think most HP posters are going to do. Clearly that today would have said, "Sell at the open." It should be remembered that when hype took the SP to almost 4c it was during the time of an upbeat market, and as we all know, sentiment is almost everything.
