Sure there is a chance of that, and you lose about 4cents per share if you buy now.
But on the other hand there is also a chance that the SP will be 12 cents in 12 months time.
Its the old story: risk vs reward. Rosk: losing 4 cents + 100%, reward making 300%.
Just write any purchase off as a total loss and wait and see.
