The problem these days is that bots can manipulate an sp in such a way that you think someone big is selling off when in actual fact someone is only manipulating the sp downwards so they can aquire more..

If you have the time to watch the trades, this is what they do... and this is only an example:

buy side 400000 sell side 500000
3000 1200000
5000 400000

they load up the sell side about 2 down from the top = 1200000.... which gives the appearance that there are more seller than buyers....nervous nellies sell off at market into the 400000

If you watch the trades very closely the 400000 gets immediately topped back up again after someone sells into it....and sometimes they just let the sell side slide to get even more..cheaper

I have watched this with a couple of other stocks...oddly it usually happens when good news is due, so what does that tell you????? SDL has got some great news due any week now and they have been experiencing the slide down with manipulation big time over many weeks if not months now..

If you do some reading up on how bots work and how they manipulate, you will be amazed...it really leaves us vulnerable though. manipulated by computer technology.....leaves us traders with a lot to think about....LOL
