So what's the go? MGX have had a week to confirm (or otherwise) that Shougang's purchase of the Russian's shareholding is a takeover bid?
Surely within a week Shougang's position should have been clarified - wouldn't you think?
Anyone with any news or opinions where this may go? Can Shougang dump the recently purchased shares on the market - because they have no intention to make a takeover bid?
