My understanding from snippets around the place is that the management of MGX and their advisors do not believe that all is above board with how the Shougang holding has been seperated.
Apparantly next week they intend to take this further and have the takeovers board review this and either have a takeover offer made or this transaction not proceed.
All will be reviewed next week but MGX has remained strong the last few days.
