There are no good outcomes here. The only jewel in their crown is the R150. Technically, the R400 is an ITAR hobbled albatross that still has challenges after 20 years of development.
So it gets down to the new Kid on the the block: R150!
But, it is going to take too much money and time to turn the new kid into enough of a contract winner to create enough cash to save the company.
There aren’t enough immediate requirements for fully qualified TRL9 qualified RWS systems to have an impact on the bottom line.
And a rejig of an old loan with a new loan given a $110mil loss for the year is a bridge too far.
