I have 100% of my portfolio in the cryptocurrency called HST decision token, by Horizon State. This crypto is meant to be free floating, but is performing more like a stable coin similar to TetherUSD which is backed by the U.S. dollar. What can I do....Some say wait it out, but where is this altcoin rally.
