Well I think it did start out as a simple question and a simple answer about PPP.
Not sure where where it took a wrong turn. I'm not sure that I said anything too much off the topic on PPP but there you go.

The vital question is really why the major shareholders/directors have seen the need to boost their shareholding ?
Just a very good investment ? Or are they wanting to protect their position.
The holder of over 74 million shares now has nearly 13% is it ? So the other major shareholder must be up close to 10% or more. Plus Radford's 4 million or so they must control about 25% of the company between them.

I wonder who bought that 11 million a few weeks ago ?
