One would think it would be very hard to get a major interested in Yemen and almost impossible without being given a clear go ahead towards production. Could their previous partner from Beibu Gulf be interested? HZN have stated in their latest report that due to the increasing strength of their balance sheet they are looking for potential growth opportunities. I had almost given upon PSA but can just about see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel now.
