Uni I get the feeling things are changing with a likely North/South situation of two countries. Certainly the oil minister is getting more proactive it seems. But you are closer to the politics/fractions than I am.
It seems we have about a month to wait for approvals and action on a partner by the end of this quarter if time frames are met.
