TShirt, I read it that the plan would be finalised in about a month but that Approvals were something else - conditional (almost) on Bigger brother. When that occurs, maybe. Big brother may have something to do with the Govenment wanting to gett a larger company's foot in the door. Something they cannot sell themselves. Then enticing them separately with deals without us.
