My opinion is that consolidations are purely so that companies can reset the clock and rob us of more cash. However, as you say, DC, if they are consolidating, then at least something is moving. And they are still going to have an issue raising any sort of cash if they don't attract some interest. Ergo, in order to screw us, via dilution, they will need to attract buyers, which is something that is sorely lacking. Hopefully over the next month they will provide some sort of incentive for holders to play ball.
