after consolidation we will have around 41m + 5m issued at 16c. thats only 46m. Say they raise 100m shares at 30/40c, this would mean they raise 30/40m, 30/40m would go a long way in China. (maybe they will do it in stages, some at 20c, some at 30c and so on).

The Notice of AGM really only allow an extra 10% equity raising + the 15% annual amount. Now my question is, is that 25% on the post consolidation of 41m or 46m(the 5m issuing shares). Thats only another 10m to 11.5m shares without holding an extra GM to approve anymore shares.

I dont mind if we do a big cap raising, it would mean that they would drive the price up afterwards along with actual things/projects happening. Investors will always want a return whether you are based in Australia, China or HK and I doubt they would only wanna a 20-50% gain.
