There is one obvious connection re the placements of course - the handwriting. Wonder if that's enough to prove that "there is no connection" was a barefaced, um, mistake.

anyway we know it has been controlled by these people for some time, now they had to have the votes due to the challenge,
before they could dump holdings, but what if they dump now, they will lose the controlling vote.

options I am told will be back on the agenda, apparently they see it as a dilution, but we see it as a replacement. mind you 460 mill dilution is alright if it suits them though.

if they want to trade their shares out it will take time, and they lose control,
if they want to hold them it has to be for a good reason. they being the new owners,
