Sooner or later (if not already), if they don't progress the asetts they will lose them. That's what happened at Matanda. They did nothing for years and in the end it was withdrawn and the asett was put up for re-tender.
If they fail to meet work program comittments for the minerals asetts the new govt. will withdraw the asetts. Africano cant protect them.
One question is does it matter to them. Have they had enough fun. It would be crucial to know the true legal status of each concession but they seem to be putting more effort into hiding that information than actually progressing the asetts.
