New board, new management and ultimately a selloff or shut down of the current business. We can be certain the new holders are not buying to rescue the small holders.
One thing the current board might do is try to get ahead of the sharks and announce their own liquidation plan. Whatever happens YOW is going to give us plenty to talk about.
