well, I posted too quickly.
I cannot understand why HHY would not include the BEL share purchases in their Sub S/h Notice, when they are admitting that they are associated with BEL and KBC.
if one is associated, then they all are associated.
HHY is required to include BEL shareholding in its Notice!?
they at least need to do a correction.
anyway, that answered my question - as to where all those shares went !!!
they cannot purchase any more, unless they launch a t/o for all the remaining shares.
they will NOT launch a takeover (and expect to achieve even 50% holding), because I cannot see that they have the cash to pay what we would expect.
I guess they could be smart-a... and launch a bid in the hope of getting above the 20% takeover threshold?
as I have said before, they will try to get board representation - then they will try to control the board.
their purpose is to get access to the cash.
S/h need to be carefull, because we need to ensure that the cash does not get directed to other sources ( admittedly even though YOW have not done much with it).
Davi - why would this mob put YOW into liquidation? or wind it up?? Thats just a silly post - just to rattle the cage.
you should not worry and lose sleep, because you hold no shares!
all you are doing is deliberatley trying to wind up people, for your own "jollies".
very weird.
