I suspect the deal is not what investors were hoping for, based on the significant run in the shareprice at a time when the shareprice should have been collapsing due to repayment deadline, I assume investors thought something big was around the corner. The bad news for holders is the outcome was dissappointing based on the current shareprice, the good news is that had the directors not been able to turn the shareprice around then EPG may well have had nothing left. Management also did well to remove the company from trading while the shareprice was so high and have as such preserved significant value for shareholders.
