I agree with you. When you look at the numbers in details I believe it is a very good deal. I suspect the company had some leverage with Transcor that we are not aware of. If Transcor was in such a powerful position they would have just taken all the assets(i.e. 100% of the company) and not grant an extension on such generous terms. Just my humble thought... As per the share price, I don t know what will happen in the short term but I m definitely not a seller, let s see what price they manage to get for the placement.
