If the sophisticated investors were being offered a usual discount premium to market.. it wouldn't be the company that manipulated the price down last week. thats just dilutionary isn't it.

So what do we have now , Several tenders due for announcement and a Cap raising..what is the cash burn, wheres the NZ and Tassie revenue?

From Ramping about Microsoft expressing earlier interest ....to this current situation, beats me.. what other considerations are there. I'm tempted to put in a buy when it reopens, to catch the next announcement if its Another Australian State Tender or an Oseas tender its gotta recover well...
