To bring you up to speed, take a look at Lynas' investor presentation. Rare earths (REE) have jumped in price since China cut exports. Lynas was going to be the first to market outside China to take advantage of the supply shortage left by China's export cut. However, due to opposition in Malaysia and certain recommendations made by the IAEA that timetable might now be delayed. No one knows for how long yet, I think judging by the coy announcement it will be ~3 months, but who knows?
