    This is a very quiet thread...but just quietly if you think about it the proposal by Laborf or signicant investment in broadband is a boon for BSA which sits in a duopoly position in the market for these services. Moreover, d the Govt will have to respond in kind, either in May with the budget or during the election campaign so I wonder if the price will quietly begin to rise...?
