regardless such an announcement wasnt unexpected by me or the market (hence the lack of reaction)

not exactly shock horror that there is acquisition interest in CSM assets... market would have assumed that MPO had been approached considering that just about everyone with a decent asset has been... and it is not unexpected that MPO would consider selling an asset given its need for cash to move into production...
