Hi @tt2000 and @Goosenuts - I also recall at the Noteholders meeting some discussion and consternation of a hidden contingent interest by Macquarie in the reserves/future sale thereof that was connected with the financing. Has any sleuthing uncovered further information on this. I'd be quite happy to support any class action/evidence to regulator/contribution to information that may support prolonged disqualification of directors as may be necessary etc
