You're talking Brent at $43 WTI $40 and Oklahoma Sweet Cushing at $37 per barrel. I would say price of oil is still the determinant factor.
A shale wells highest production is in its initial production phase over several months do you want that production to sell at a discounted rate or the premium?
Company can retain the leases, maintain income from existing working interests and increase on that from Orion Project in the interim until global demand and supply stabilizes
