    yes well regulated yellow cake must hold ratios of borrowing against deposits etc.
    A banking licence doesnt appear out of a weetbix packet.

    I think you will be surprised it may not be as bad as you think.

    By the way do you grow your own veges and are you self sufficient? You seem to be interested in agriculture
