Could be tc, don't know where you're getting 65m from, last notice was 78m and Ord Minnett haven't sold any more according to data. As for todays trades, I'm guessing the big round number dumping into 1.6c is Lion.

There were plenty available JPGM but Lion were dumping from 1c down to 0.7c and still had plenty to go. Do you recommend going all in at one price point and attempting to pick the low?
