50ftcat who explained away any selling (consistant??) by Dr Humphreys on his age and wanting to cash up for retirement? Why don't you look at his 20 year history in the company? Hardly someone who takes freebies and rips off shareholders. Surely someone who has given to the company as he has is allowed to take some out at some stage.
What is your issue with him running the exploration company? He has proven himself. You cannot put the current share price on his shoulder surely? Anyway if you don't have faith in him at least you know there is no pressure for you to buy in to this company. I think it should survive without you.
Performance freebies? Come on now.
If you are so pfffted by it all why don't you put a little proposal together and tell them how you would like the company run.
PS I doubt they read HC so perhaps don't put the proposal on here.
