I still cannot pin down a major reason for this stock to drop like a rock?
yes, they’ve got a couple of litigation and some client’s defaulted. But that’s the nature of their business, in any case. They will recoup the monies via client’s assets liquidation anyway. So no problem there.
It is not like they owe somebody millions of dollar and can’t pay it back? These guys actually have current cash in hand of 26 cents per share, 5 times current share price and they’re making a profit of 3 cents per share.

Iam much puzzled. I guess when people want to sell. They will sell regardless of the price.

One man trash is another man treasure.. people dump their treasures, perceiving it to be trash.. well in that case, iam happy to take the trash (treasure).
