In all, it takes only 3 million shares to push price from 40 cents down to 5 cents..

That is a very very small volume, compare to 517 million shares issued..  This indicate to me that, no large holders is dumping their shares.

What it indicate is that, this stock is very illiquid. There is no buyers.

Price dropped from 40 cents to 5 cents does not mean, there is something seriously wrong with the stock. What it mean is that a holders is wanting out badly, and willing to accept ridiculous price

Unlike XPD where there is a short sellers deliberately pushing price down. There is no short sellers here. Just a sellers, want out really really bad
