I will probably buy too... once I read and understand the latest financial report and there is not a disaster. But... this is not good and happy not to be holding now. How can they be a month late with the financial report? 99% of float is owned by insiders. Hoping this falls some more due to Australian investors upset by the earnings report delay, and the shares being locked away for a month.

Still... a financials company in China makes me nervous. I'm far more hesitant on this one than any other Chinese share I like. Will be reading over the earnings report thoroughly.
