    How can you still talk positively about them as though they have any skill or credibility? "oh sorry, we forgot to tell the market 4 months ago that a Court in China declared that one of our staff signed a guarantee form and we have to pay $10m for a loan we apparently guaranteed, and now we have to post another $40m in a trust account in case of future calls on our guarantees"??
