So far, the company is down 48 mil aud this year. Back in May earlier this year, they estimate total court enforcement of around 260 mil yuan, which is roughly around 50 mil aud.. so it does looks like all the bad debts has been payed out.. flushing out of the system.

They still have 54.8 mil cash + 25 mil earnest money + 33 security deposit = 112 mil

Which work about to be about 21 cents per share NTA (cash)

Pay out Subrogation monies should started coming back later this year, or early next year.
