    Fraudulent? No.
    Remiss of ASX listing rules? Possibly, haven't checked.
    Breach of ASIC compliance obligations? Probably not, haven't checked.

    There is something else missing with this company as there is with all other chinese mainland listings on the ASX and that is the interest and benefit vests in china rather than shareholders here.

    I am just not comfortable with this as a viable place to put capital.
