it seems there was lots of litigation happening earlier this year, and the company's margin and general bank account was seized by the court. This is to make sure the company pay out those defaulted loan.

Hence, they were not able to access the money and send it to Australia and pay the dividend.

looks like DXF will be disposing clients mortgaged asset to recoup the money. Everything is to be settle by 15 October deadline.
