That top-news.top site is suspect and has been blocked by my scam protection software. This is the message that I received:
"Your Malwarebytes malicious website blocking technology has blocked outgoing or incoming communication between your computer and a malicious Internet Protocol (IP) address. That's a good thing. This communication could be:

• An attempt to download malware onto your computer
• An attempt to redirect you to a malicious webpage
• An attempt to deliver malicious advertising"

(Malwarebytes has cleared some poo for me in the past and so I trust it).

I am happy to watch the price keep falling. I guess for me it is a case of once bitten twice shy with Chinese companies listed on the ASX although DXF is an extreme case of market skepticism.
If what you say about the funds being tied up by court action is true then why was the market not informed by the company? To withhold information like this from the market is a serious issue. If your claims are true then the lack of trustworthy communication from China simply reinforces the lack of trust in Australia by investors, as well as place the company at risk of action by the ASIC. If it is not true then where does that leave you?
