Thanks for the post from top-news, Htran. It all sounds very complicated and risky for DXF.
Do you have any web site that corroborates that info from top-news? I think we have very valid concerns that DXF has not kept the ASX informed of all this.

So what other litigation is there that we have not been informed of? Sounds like there is more that the market has not been advised of.
