    not too sure what's going with cobalts atm, seems 'irrational exuberance' is going the wrong direction for a time. $XMM looks fine, the cobalt story is only improving, so it's all a bit off really. Even EUC declined on two recent positive news events. Some people are blaming shorters, but there's little of that happening.
