    Stellar Ann I am very happy about it. Yes it's not what many are waiting for but it just continues the good steady work being done by the company and it's further proof AVB mean business.
    The story is unfolding brilliantly, the company is way undervalued and you would have to be crazy to sell.
    Patience is the key and I have plenty of it.
