Last I understood from an article posted here. NOAH was running low on concerns compared to the last EIA and a bit frustrated at the governments lack of acknowledgement of their pleas.
Seems to be more a listen and nod then ignore them conduct.
Im sure NOAH will try regardless on being weak of point though. Its their job really..
